Lakeview Terrace, CA - Aug. 16, 2010 - Founders of the National Night Out tapped Ben Rombouts and Rodney Allen Rippy to perform at this years NNO event in Lakeview Terrace, California.  The outdoor gathering brought neighbors and neighborhoods together to form coalitions and neighborhood watch groups, and provided the event for neighbors to get to know each other.

"What makes you feel more neighborly than shaking someone's hand while you listen to some fine music?" asks Rombouts, an active supporter of the organization.  "I was really happy about being able to step onstage with Rodney Allen Rippy, too."  Rippy supported Ben on their tribute song to the military, "21 Days From Home," which they performed at the event.

The National Night Out BBQ was held on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at the All Nations Church, 10000 Foothill Blvd., Lake View Terrace, California. With the advent of budget cuts to police and other emergency responders in California, the coalition hopes to help neighbors can begin to rely on each other to insure local safety.

For more information on other NNO events, or more information on forming a watch in your neighborhood, please call (818) 470-5235.

Hello.
First of all, sorry if I made mistakes, because I'm from Ukraine.
I want to ask you to do me a favour . We have made a live video of our songs at the studio.
Could you please watch it and say few words about my English pronunciation?
Thank you.

Official After Parties
And when the shows end in Union Park each night at the North Coast Music Festival, the evening’s festivities will just be getting underway.  Each night boasts a gang of Official After Parties that promise some familiar faces, new additions, and epic collaborations. NCMF will be announcing additional After Parties next week.

To purchase tickets for the official North Coast After Parties, fans must purchase an equal or greater number of tickets to the Festival itself. This way, festivalgoers won’t lose out to those that skip “Summer’s Last Stand” for the limited room at the Official “Afters.”

“Toast of Coast” Play-In Competition
Think you deserve to share the main stage at Chicago’s newest major music festival with acts like the Chemical Brothers, Nas & Damian Marley, Umphrey’s McGee, The Disco Biscuits, Pretty Lights, Paul Van Dyk, Moby, Benny Benassi and De La Soul?  NCMF is offering Midwest bands and DJs the opportunity to prove it. With 2 spots up for grabs on the main stage, bands and DJs can submit their act at www.northcoastfestival.com, and mobilize their voters.  Voting will begin on 8/2, and result in a private battle of the bands for the festival’s producers at a venue TBD.

Hey all,Im the drummer for rock band Rev Luv from Chicago.Maybe some of you have seen or heard of us.Im also sure you might have heard about this KISS contest too. They are playing 22 cities and are picking 1 band from each city to open for them. The voting ends around the 2nd week in august. They will pick from the top 5 bands around then.We are in that top 5 and really want to stay there. We're getting mentioned on The Loop too.
So Im here to ask for some help to make sure a real CHICAGO band get's to open for KISS.There is a band from LA and Indiana in the top 5!
You can only vote once and there is no sign up or registering at all.Even if you have a friends band in the contest, you can still keep us in the top 5 and vote for us.You can only vote for each band ONCE.It really takes 1 minute. So pass it on to your friends if you can and let's spread the Luv!!!!
Here is the link http://eventful.com/competitions/kiss2010/chicago
Thank you,
G
